Good novel progress

Reached page 400 on the 25th (about 100,000 words). Then things slacked off again until today when I was able to work out some necessary details. I'm now ready to bring the first draft to its conclusion.

A major change in the plot. I tightened up the entire last section of the book. It took most of the day, so I only put out 5 pages (reaching 344).

Novel update

I spent most of this month doing the preparations for my leave, which started at the beginning of February. This included final changes to the plot outline and character sketches for the major characters. I also fiddled quite a bit with the geography and culture of the world for the story. The current working title… Continue reading Novel update →

Novel update

Started working in earnest on developing the plot for my novel. I added a major character and started planning what events should happen in the story.
