The first month of my leave from work. I started my first full day of writing on February 4. In the first week I did almost 50 pages of work.
Despite the good start I finished the month at 100 pages after a binge of 15 pages in one day.
I think that the reason for it was that it was hard to get the story set up and the characters established. In addition there were still many elements of the world that were developed at this time, or changed. I spent a whole day fiddling with the map of the world.
