Recent reads

I’ve finished a few books in the past month and had a run of three very good books to offset several mediocre reads before that. The books:

• A Small and Remarkable Life, by Nick DiChario
• Old Man’s War, by John Scalzi
• The Eyre Affair, by Jasper Fforde

What I just realized while typing this out now is that all three are first novels for the authors.
