Some good work today. Explored whether I could expand on an already published short story. So far the results look promising. The events in the story could kick off a lot of subsequent events and complications as my protagonist digs himself further and further into trouble. There are enough characters set up and I could see developing some into strong supporting characters. So that’s hopeful.
