Productive week at the cottage

I had an extremely productive week at the cottage.

I went through almost 300 pages of editing on my novel manuscript. I’m at the point in the book where the climax begins and only have 60 pages left to edit.  The whole thing grew by about 50 pages (possibly more since I collapsed a bunch of single page chapters into one larger chapter with scene changes).

I solved a bunch of character issues and plot problems, as well as a few setting issues.

Overall, I think the book is much better now. I’m looking forward to getting feedback from my beta readers. I even wrote a number of questions for them.
